Privacy Policy
Effective October 14, 2026
Orosolu (“Orosolu,” “we,” “us”) is an Authorized Clover Dealer based in Arizona. We provide payment processing, Clover point-of-sale systems, and the websites, apps, online ordering and listings that restaurants and other merchants run on. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers:
- our website, orosolu.org;
- the Orosolu CRM at crm.orosolu.org, the internal tool our team uses to serve merchants, including when a team member connects a Google account to it; and
- the services we provide to the merchants we work with.
1. Information we collect
When you visit orosolu.org
- What you choose to send us. Our contact form opens an email from your own email app; we receive whatever you write (typically your name, restaurant name, email address and message). You can also call or email us directly.
- Preferences kept in your browser. The site remembers your language, your country (estimated from your connection by our host, Cloudflare) and how many questions you have asked the on-page assistant. These stay in your browser’s local storage; we do not receive them.
- Technical logs. Our host, Cloudflare, processes basic request data (such as IP address, browser type and the page requested) to deliver and secure the site. Fonts are served by Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when it delivers them.
We do not use advertising trackers, sell visitor data, or build advertising profiles.
When you are a merchant we serve
- Business and contact details: business name, owners and contacts, addresses, phone numbers and email addresses.
- Account and service information: your Clover merchant ID, equipment, the services we provide, invoices, and our communications with you.
- Data from your Clover account that you authorize us to read (for example, business details and sales summaries) so we can support your account.
Card payments: customer card data is processed by Clover and its processing partners under your merchant agreement. Orosolu does not store full card numbers.
When a team member connects a Google account to the Orosolu CRM
See section 3 for exactly what we access and the limits on how we use it.
2. How we use information
- To answer inquiries, provide quotes, and set up and support the services you ask for.
- To run merchant accounts: onboarding, equipment, websites and apps, scheduling, invoicing and support.
- To operate, secure and improve our website and the CRM.
- To meet legal, tax, accounting and payment-network obligations.
3. Google user data
Orosolu team members can connect one or more of their own Google accounts to the Orosolu CRM. Each person connects only their own accounts, chooses which features to allow on Google’s consent screen, and can disconnect at any time.
| Google service | What the CRM can do | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Basic profile (email address) | Read the account’s email address | To know which account is connected |
| Gmail | Read and search messages, apply labels, write drafts, and send email | To keep merchant conversations in one place and draft replies. An email is sent only after the account owner approves that exact message. |
| Google Calendar | Read, create, change and cancel events | To schedule installs, trainings and meetings |
| Google Tasks | Read, add and complete tasks | To keep the team’s to-do lists in sync |
| Google Drive | Read, create and organize files and folders | To keep merchant folders and save work such as briefs and designs |
| Google Business Profile | Read and manage business listings | To maintain merchants’ Google listings with their permission |
How Google data is handled
- Used only to provide the features the user turned on. Google data is used to provide and improve those user-facing CRM features and for nothing else.
- Never sold and never used for advertising, including personalized, retargeted or interest-based ads.
- Not transferred to others except as needed to provide or improve those features, to comply with law, as part of a merger or acquisition with notice, or with the user’s permission.
- No human reading of Gmail or Drive content by Orosolu staff other than the account owner, unless the user gives permission for specific messages or files, it is needed for security (for example, investigating abuse), or the law requires it.
- AI assistants. The CRM’s assistants may process Google data to carry out a task the user asks for (for example, summarizing an email or drafting a reply). Google data is not used to train or improve generalized or non-personalized AI or machine-learning models.
- Security. Google access tokens are encrypted at rest and sent only over HTTPS. Content is fetched from Google when needed; the CRM keeps only what a user chooses to save in it (such as a task imported as a to-do).
- Disconnecting. Disconnecting an account on the CRM’s Connections page revokes the CRM’s access at Google and deletes the stored tokens. You can also remove access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Orosolu’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
4. How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share it only:
- with service providers who help us operate, under confidentiality obligations: hosting and security (Cloudflare), payment processing and point of sale (Clover and its processing partners), email and productivity (Google), and the AI services that power our assistants;
- with a merchant’s own team and with the people that merchant authorizes;
- when required by law, legal process or payment-network rules, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Orosolu, our merchants or others; and
- as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, with notice where required.
5. How long we keep it
We keep information for as long as we need it to provide services, and then as long as the law, tax rules or payment-network rules require. Inquiries that do not lead to a business relationship are deleted when no longer needed.
6. Security
We use encryption in transit, encryption at rest for sensitive fields and tokens, access limited by role, and sign-in protections. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and to act quickly if something goes wrong.
7. Your choices and rights
- You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing orosolu24@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and as the law requires; some records must be kept for legal or payment-network reasons.
- You can disconnect Google at any time as described in section 3.
- You can clear the site’s preferences by clearing your browser’s storage for orosolu.org.
8. Children
Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed; for significant changes we will take reasonable steps to let merchants and connected users know.
